Meet our team
Lyn Marks
Lyn Marks grew up in a builder family. Her father owned a fence and guardrail company, so she and her brothers helped with many tasks in his business. Lyn has been in business since 1990 and has 34 years in the retail floor covering industry.
She specializes in all types of flooring and window treatments, interior design, and re-designing kitchen remodeling projects. In addition to planning out a remodeling project, she has a knack for seeing the finishing touches needed to make each project beautiful.
Denny Marks
Denny Marks got his love of carpentry from grandpa, who was also a carpenter. As a very young boy, Denny went on job sites with him and practiced pounding nails into 2x4s. The hard work ethic from his grandfather is something that Denny brings to every job he works now.
Previously working at the YMCA in the fitness industry, Denny got his building license in 1997, and has been doing full-time carpentry work since. He’s a hands-on carpenter who makes the vision for your home remodel come to life, with quality craftsmanship.
Drew Huck
Drew Huck graduated from Adrian High School in 2023, with additional coursework from the LISD Tech Center. Drew is learning a lot of the building skills from Denny as they work together on remodeling projects.
